A Happy Day!

We have a wedding to celebrate today!  My daughter Lauren's best friend, Michelle, is getting married to her high school sweetheart.  Lauren and Michelle have been best friends since they met in the 1st grade!  Here are some pictures of them when they were high school.  They ended up going away to college together and shared an apartment the last 2 years of college.  We love Michelle like a daughter, and are so happy for her and Giac!

    Long time friendships really are the best. Even if you dont see them as often as Lauren and Michelle did...you just pick up where you left off. Best wishes for a perfect wedding!

    My best friend and I met in first grade too! We didn't go away to college together, but we still keep in touch and when we talk it's like we've never been apart. Friends like that are such a blessing and are very rare.

    They actually look like they could be sisters! Love the photos! My BFF has been in my life since we were 10 years old. Great friendships, for sure! I know you will have fun at the wedding! Is Lauren in the wedding party?

    "Is Lauren in the wedding party?" - Yes and so is Corey. The four of them are the best of friends. It was such a beautiful wedding!

    That's wonderful!!! It's great to have friends for a long time and share lots of memories. I met my best friend in 6th grade.
