Our Easter dinner was spent at Walt's sister's house. Joyce always does holiday dinners so good! It was so relaxing and just a fun day with the family. It was also the first holiday spent with my nephew David since he returned from Afghanistan in early March. It was so nice having him home with us.

What a pretty picture of you and Lindsay. Looks like you guys had a very nice get together. Mark, the boys and I went to Discovery Park Beach on Saturday with a picnic lunch. We hiked down to the water and had our lunch by an old lighthouse. Then we spent some time on the beach. It was a gorgeous day, nice and sunny.

DeleteGreat photos, Kris! You do have a beautiful family - inside & out! How great that David was home, and John looks wonderful! Blessings all!! Our Easter was quiet, but very nice with just four of us for dinner. We will see our youngest son at the end of this month, and our oldest in late June. We're also going down to Naples later this month for a weekend with our grandson. We will probably never have everyone together for a holiday, but we are happy to see them when we can.

DeleteYou have a beautiful family, and extended family as well. The pictures were so good and I KNOW the food was. Getting away for 1 day is better than not at all, and you got to be with your friends there too. I know you enjoy camping, but we all are looking forward to some sunshine and warmer weather.
